a reasonably comfortable stay
large apartment balcony view unhelpful staff broken key
the suite had a large self contained apartment with a spare bedroom on the 9th floor. it included a balcony and a view over the street below. it seemed like nothing had been omitted , from dishwasher tablets to laundry powder.
the older man at the front desk on the night of 2024-02-25 was rude and completely unhelpful. no less than five times we had to go back to the front counter as the keys weren't working.

The room had a washing machine and a dryer. This was useful. The location allowed easy access to different places. Staff helped me find TV channels on arrival. I AM grateful.
The sofa smelled unpleasant. It needs replacement. The dishwasher needed deep cleaning, I could see mold. The beds were not queen size, they were doubles.

slow room service disorganized staff
The room decor met my expectations, I have to admit.
I had issues with the room service. It was slow. the minibar was not restocked daily. There was a noticeable delay each time I requested additional toiletries. The staff seemed short-staffed or disorganized that day.

valet parking polite staff convenient location easy check
Checking in was straightforward. The valet parking was very convenient. All staff were courteous upon my arrival. I found the location very accessible to local spots.

malfunctioning tv large cockroach
the location was good, close to many attractions.
The tv did not function properly. It only played the hotel's advertisement. a large cockroach was present in the bed. It crawled on my partner during sleep. these issues were quite bothersome.

an awesome stay!
central location warm atmosphere spacious rooms
i adored the central location it's seriously spot on. walking into the reception gave me such a warm atmosphere. the staff there, they are amazing, and nothing was too much trouble for them, so great. i also thought that the rooms were spacious, and that is such a win.
cleanliness was an issue , bed linen became untucked each night, so i ended up touching the bare mattress. the hot tub i wanted to use was just dirty. provision of supplies was scarce given my three night stay.

used coffee cups stained sheets
The location was central and provided easy access to public transport and shopping. I was pleased with the modern style and cleanliness of the room.
I was disappointed to find used paper coffee cups in the room upon arrival. There were also some stains on the sheets, and there was some gel on the toilet flush button. The wifi did not work at all (which was very inconvenient). This stay was a Christmas gift, and for the price, it was not up to par.
